Refund Policy

At kALcHi Baazzar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable only for products returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
    • The item must be:
      • Returned within 7–15 days of delivery.
      • In its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact).
    • Certain products are non-refundable, including:
      • Personal care, hygiene, or food items.
      • Customized or personalized products.
      • Final sale or clearance items.
  2. Refund Process

    • Initiate a return/refund request through your Order History or by contacting our support team.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  3. Refund Method

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, PayPal, Wallet, etc.).
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer / store credit / wallet (as chosen by the customer).
    • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
  4. Partial Refunds

    • In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
      • Items not in original condition or missing parts.
      • Returns received after the accepted return window.
  5. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned processing time:
      • First, check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  6. Damaged or Wrong Products

    • If the refund is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
    • Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  7. Store Credit Option

    As an alternative, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit will be issued instantly once your return is approved and can be used on your next purchase.
