  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
      • Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
      • Innerwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items
      • Customized or personalized products
      • Clearance or final sale items
  2. Return Process

    • Log in to your account and initiate a return request from the Orders section.
    • Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
    • Pack the product securely and ship it back as instructed.
  3. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
    • Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
    • If you want a different size, color, or product, please place a new order after returning the original item.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
    • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
  6. Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
